Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days upon payment confirmation. Please verify your shipping address during checkout, as we are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.  Depending on shipping destination, please allow 10 days for your order to arrive.

All of our items are professionally hand packaged and prepared for shipment.  If you provide us an e-mail address, a tracking number will be sent to your email address at time of shipment. Please set your spam controls accordingly so you can receive the shipment notification.  We ship via FedEx or UPS ground to the Continental 48 states (no P.O. boxes) using the standard ground rates to your destination.  Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO, and FPO, your shipping rates will be higher.  If you would like to know the cost prior to purchase, please e-mail us for a shipping quote.  At this time we do not ship internationally.

If at the time of purchase your ordered item is out of stock, you have the following options:

1.  Have the item placed on backorder and shipped to you when stock becomes available.
2.  Substitue another item of like kind or value.
3.  Get a full refund.


Return Policy
Our goal is your 100% satisfaction! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for return instructions. We ask that you inform us of your concern within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  The original sales receipt is required for all return items.  We credit the product item in the same method as the original payment. 

If for some reason your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can start the claim process with the carrier.
